　　First of all, doing exercises in the morning will refresh my body as well as give me a good appetite to eat my breakfast. What’s more, the air in the morning is really fresh and clean, so I can keep my mind clear and sound in the class. By doing physical every day I can keep my mind alert that I can finish my tasks in time. If I do not do any physical exercise, I will feel tired and my body becomes quite sluggish. During the night, I may find it becomes harder to fall asleep. Second, doing exercises everyday will help me to mound a better personality. It takes time and patient to do exercises. Sometimes I just want to give up, but my friends encourage me to carry on, then I feel a lot of satisfaction. Doing physical exercises makes me stronger and healthier. That’s my personal experience.

　　首先，早上做運動會讓我精力充沛，有個好的胃口吃早餐。更重要的是，早晨的空氣干凈清新，這樣我就能在課堂上保持一顆清醒的頭腦了。每天的運動會讓我思維敏捷，及時完成作業。如果我不做運動，我就會感到精神疲憊，身體遲鈍。在晚上也變得難以入睡。其次，每天都做運動可以讓我的性格變得更好。做運動要花時間和耐心。有時候我真的很想放棄，但是我的朋友們鼓勵我堅持下去，然后我就從中獲得了極大的滿足感。做運動讓我變得更堅強、更健康。這就是我的個人經歷。

Because of television, people begin to understand different cultures and current affairs. Many people may go traveling due to watch the beautiful scenes in TV.

　　On the other hand, some people may find them addicted to television, especially the young people. They spend most of their free time watching TV programs instead of playing outside with their peers. In this case, the children may lack of the ability of communicate effectively with others. TV makes them isolated. What’ more, sometimes the TV programs may contain sexual scenes or bloody scenes that not suitable for children to watch. This will cause negative effects on them.

　　另一方面，一些人或許會發現他們沉迷于電視中，不能自拔，特別是青少年。他們的大多數空閑時間都用來看電視了，而不是與同伴們一起玩。在這樣的情況下，他們或許會缺乏與人高效溝通的能力。電視讓他們變得更加孤單。更重要的是，有時候一些電視節目會包含一些色情血腥的鏡頭，不適合小孩子觀看。這會對他們造成負面影響。

　　To sum up, I think television has both advantages and disadvantages, people should find a balance between it. Make the most use of it, don’t be the salves of it.

　　Nowadays, fans will be a negative word, because what fans do is very crazy and nonsense. To see the idols, some crazy fans will use the violence to go across the security, destroying the order. There is always the news about the fans getting hurt for the purpose of seeing their idols. What’s more, some fans will drop out of their work, pursuing the stars everywhere. These are horrible action.

　　現在，粉絲是一個貶義詞，因為他們所做的事情是很瘋狂和沒有意義的。為了看到偶像，一些瘋狂的粉絲會使用暴力，沖過保安的防線，破壞秩序。經常有新聞報道粉絲為了看偶像而弄傷了自己。而且，一些粉絲會停止工作，隨處追星。這些都是可怕的行徑。

　　Everyone has the right to pursue their idols, but they must have the consciousness that they should not cross the line, there is always a line for being wise and unwise. The wise fans will like the stars for their works; they know clearly that the role and the real person are different, so they won’t support the idols for everything.

　　每個人都有自己的權利去追求他們的偶像，但是他們必須意識到不能越過線，這條線是區分理智和不理智的標準。理智的粉絲會因為作品而喜歡明星，但是他們清楚認識到角色和現實的人是不同的，因此他們不會盲目支持偶像。
